Nella zona considerata “residenziale” di casali e ville, su di una dolce collina di fronte a Gubbio ad appena 6 km dal centro urbano, si trova il casale S.Cristoforo, tipica casa colonica umbra che si affaccia su un ampio panorama. Nel recente restauro il proprietario Farneti Francesco Ubaldo ha cercato di mantenere intatta la struttura originale sia all’esterno che all’interno. A questa costruzione si affianca un’antichissima piccola chiesa del XIII secolo, un ampio giardino e parco completano la proprietà. Il casale inserito in un’azienda agraria offre la possibilità di passeggiate, gite nel bosco e cavalcate.
Completa la struttura il piccolo museo della civiltà contadina.

Opposite the enchanting medieval town of Gubbio, just 6 km away situated in picturesque hillside surroundings in what is considered the “residential”  zone of farmhouse and villas, is located the S.Cristoforo farmhouse with a splendid panoramic view of Gubbio and Umbrian countryside. The owner, Farneti Francesco Ubaldi, has recently restored the farmhouse, keeping fait with the original structure both externally and internally. Next to the farmhouse exists a small private chapel dating from the thirteenth century. A large garden and park complete the property. The farmhouse is set in a working farm and offers it’s visitors the possibility of long walks, excursions in the forest and activities such as horse-riding. S.Cristoforo farmhouse is also ideally situated for excursion to all the major tourist centres in Umbria and Tuscany, which are bat a short distance away.

Gegenüber von der bezaubernden mittelalterlichen Stadt von Gubbio,
befindet sich gerade 6 Kilometer entfernt, der in den malerischen Abhangumlagerungen aufgestellt wird in, was als die "Wohn" Zone des Bauernhauses und der Landhäuser gilt, das S.Cristoforo Bauernhaus mit einer herrlichen panoramischen Ansicht Gubbio und Umbrian der Landschaft. Der Inhaber, Farneti Francesco Ubaldi, hat vor kurzem das Bauernhaus wieder hergestellt und fait mit der ursprünglichen Struktur außen und innerlich gehalten. Nahe bei dem Bauernhaus besteht eine kleine private Kapelle, die vom dreizehnten Jahrhundert datiert. Ein großer Garten und ein Park führen die Eigenschaft durch. Das Bauernhaus wird in einen Arbeitsbauernhof und Angebote, die es Besucher die Möglichkeit der langen Wege ist, Exkursionen im Wald und Tätigkeiten wie Pferd-Reiten eingestellt. S.Cristoforo Bauernhaus wird auch ideal für Exkursion zu allen hauptsächlichreiseverkehrszentren in Umbrien und in Toskana aufgestellt, die Hieb ein kurzen Abstand weg sind.

Dans la zone dite "résidentielle" de maisons et villas, sur une douce colline face à Gubbio,
à seulement 6 km du centre ville, se trouve la résidence S. Cristoforo. C'est une typique maison de campagne de l'Umbria,
qui offre un vaste panorama. Lors des récents travaux, le propriétaire, Farneti Francesco Ubaldo,
a cherché à maintenir intacte la structure originale, autant à l'intérieur qu'à l'extérieur.
Près de cette résidence on peut voir une petite église du XIII siècle, l'église S.Cristoforo,
un grand jardin et un parc, qui complètent la propriété. La résidence se trouve à l'intérieur
d'une ferme fonctionnante et offre la possibilité de ballades, virées et chevauchées dans le bois.
